Also we hold numerous other vendor certifications from manufactures such as DELL computers and NEC. Simply put, we know technology.
Preventative Maintenance
One of the biggest misconceptions about office technology is that you should “expect” it to fail you. We DO NOT see it that way. We believe office technology is like a car. If it is of good design, not abused and regular scheduled or “preventative” maintenance is performed, you can expect it to operate correctly.
Accountability
The problem with most professionals in the SMB office technology field is that they don’t really want to be held accountable for your technology. That is, they want to do the work, get paid and get out. That’s not how we work. We want you to hold us responsible for the continual functionality of your office technology.
Customer Communication
We believe in speaking everyday English when communicating technical concepts to our customers. Also we believe the customer should be involved in every phase of the support cycle. To that end we provide detailed reporting on the status of any job we undertake.
